Payment Mode: We only accept online payments through the payment gateway of debit card, credit card, net banking, and UPI.
Cash on Delivery: We do not accept any cash on delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy: We offer FREE SHIPPING for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS with a minimum buy of above $100. All duty and custom charges will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Time: This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver international orders within a week to 4 weeks of dispatch date.
Return & Exchange Policy for International Orders:
We understand that there may be circumstances where products need to be exchanged or, in nominal cases, returned. To start the process, an email with all the details of the transaction as outlined below should be sent to: info@takshmen.com

Takshmen will do the needful, look into all complaints & work to satisfy its customers with Exchange or Refund. Once EXCHANGE / RETURN is approved, you will receive an E-MAIL with a MAILING LABEL.
For international orders, the product needs to be shipped back to Takshmen by the customer at their cost.
NOTE: NO EXCHANGE / RETURNS will be made if the above process is not adhered to.
In cases where our logistics service provider does not cater to the customers pick-up zone / area, the customer will have to courier the returns at their cost to the given mailing address.
CASES LIABLE FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN (INTERNATIONAL)
CASE- 1: Damaged and Defective goods received:
A complaint must be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods. A picture of the damaged part must be sent via email for assurance. Our team reviews it within 2 business days & offers you a solution as any one of the following: Exchange or Return.
CASE- 2: Product not liked due to color variation:
A complaint must be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If the variation is higher than expected (than norm), return is accepted. A picture of the product has to be sent. Our team reviews it within 2 business days & offers you a solution as any one of the following: Exchange or Return.
CASE- 3: Parcel lost in transit / Wrong address delivery / Parcel not found after Door Delivery:
If a parcel is lost during transit or a wrong delivery is made or parcel has not been found after door delivery, then in such cases, we are liable for resending the same product(s) only & not making any refund or allowing replacement with a different design.
In above cases, we give 7 business days time for the courier company to retrieve the parcel by searching it. Once they confirm the orders haven’t been delivered correctly and the parcel cant be found, we initiate a reorder of the same items.
